Function:

For filling of Chiffon cakes, heavy cakes and sponge cakes in single or double color.

1、One set of pan cake filling nozzle (for the pan cake filling);

3、One set of 3-mouth filling nozzle (for 3-row long strip cake filling);

Features:

1、Adopts Siemens tough-screen and PLC control system, possesses with 40 groups of program memory functions.

2、Adopts servo to controll filling, specialized circular gear, imitation of manual operation, great decrease of froth breaking in paste material during extrusion process.

3、Automatically select the depositing type of light cake, heavy oil or sponge in convenient operation.

4、Free switch from dot filling to brace filling, making diversified patterns;

5、Free adjustment of filling amount for paste A to B, producing diversified patterns;

6.Can be used independently, and also connected to production line;

7.Adjusting or replacing the discharging nozzles, the machine can work as double-hopper and double-filling device, which boosts its efficiency considerably.
