At the beginning of 2020, when we were fully prepared to welcome more than 2,300 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions around the world and nearly 300,000 buyers from 120 countries and regions, a sudden change pressed the "pause button" for the global exhibition, which forced the original exhibition scheduled for May 6-9 to be postponed. In view of the current situation at home and abroad, after careful study and communication with customers, and out of consideration for the safety and effect of the exhibition, the decision was made to postpone the 23rd Bakery China to April 27-30, 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Pudong, Shanghai.
